Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Operations Associate and Executive Assistant. The role involves supporting daily operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and basic logistics follow-up. The Operations Associate will prepare reports, maintain records, assist with process documentation, and help ensure smooth functioning of the workspace and supply chain activities. As Executive Assistant, the role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing presentations or briefs,



and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership. The position requires close collaboration with the founders and core team, helping streamline workflows, prioritize tasks, and support decision-making in a fast-paced fashion workplace.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple assignments.
Experience in operations support, including basic inventory handling, order tracking, vendor coordination, or office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and digital tools.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination, email management, and preparation of documents or presentations.
