Role Description This is a full time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The candidate will engage daily with startup teams, understand their talent needs, and support matching the right individuals to the right opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews and trial work engagements, maintaining accurate candidate and company records, and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders. The role also involves collecting feedback,



helping refine hiring processes, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall talent experience within the startup ecosystem.
