Role Description The Associate Director of Public Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading PR strategy and execution for key clients and the agency’s own brand.



This role involves developing and implementing integrated PR plans, overseeing media outreach, managing press events, and crafting compelling narratives aligned with client objectives and overall marcom strategies. The Associate Director will supervise the creation of press releases and thought leadership content, maintain strong relationships with journalists and media houses, and monitor coverage to ensure brand consistency and impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding PR teams, collaborating closely with creative, digital, and account management units, managing crises and reputation issues, and presenting PR performance reports and insights to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications
Robust Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with proven experience in managing multi-sector PR mandates.
Expertise in Press Releases and content development for news, features, and thought leadership.
