TONZO is looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Marketplace Manager who can take complete ownership of our online marketplace business and drive aggressive, profitable growth.
We are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in selling Electronics / Consumer Electronics / AV / Display / IT-related products on major marketplaces.
? Your Primary Mission
Grow TONZO’s marketplace business — not just manage it.
You will be responsible for increasing sales, improving profitability, strengthening product visibility, maintaining excellent account health, and building a scalable marketplace growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Complete management of Amazon & Flipkart Seller Accounts
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share
• Advanced Amazon Ads / PPC & Flipkart Ads management
• Campaign creation,
optimization, keyword strategy, bidding & budget management
• Monitor and improve ROAS / ACOS / TACOS and advertising profitability
• Competitor research, pricing analysis & marketplace strategy
• Product listing creation and advanced SEO / keyword optimization
• Amazon A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content planning & optimization
• Improve product titles, bullets, descriptions, images and conversion rates
• Ratings & Reviews optimization through marketplace-compliant strategies
• Monitor and reduce return / RTO / cancellation ratios
• Analyze reasons for returns and coordinate corrective action with internal teams
• Handle claims, reimbursements, disputes and marketplace escalations
• Maintain excellent Account Health & Performance Metrics
• Monitor policy violations, listing suppression and account-level issues
• Inventory planning to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
• Manage promotions, coupons
