As a Senior Associate in Workforce Solutions focusing on Retirement and Pensions, you will engage with clients to analyze their retirement offerings and design sustainable and compliant plans. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver actuarial solutions, perform valuations, and develop de-risking strategies. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand. You will mentor junior team members,



fostering their development while maintaining professional standards.
