Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Business Development Manager will conduct discovery calls, understand client needs around personal branding,



and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions and packages. Daily activities include building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also includes developing strategic partnerships, tracking market trends, and providing feedback to leadership to refine offerings and improve go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
Proven skills in business development, sales prospecting, and pipeline management, ideally within marketing, branding, consulting, or related services.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage entrepreneurs, business owners, and decision-makers.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in client-facing conversations and proposal delivery.
