Role Description The Quality Analyst at airvincible is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions across various processes such as customer care, collections, telesales, and help desk. In this role, the Quality Analyst reviews calls, chats,



and other communication channels to ensure adherence to scripts, compliance requirements, and service quality standards. The role involves identifying performance gaps, preparing quality reports, and providing constructive feedback and coaching inputs to operations teams. The Quality Analyst collaborates with supervisors and trainers to refine processes, support calibration sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires consistent documentation, maintenance of quality scorecards, and active participation in meeting client-specific quality expectations.
