Role Description The Conversation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves managing real-time interactions with customers and online communities across various communication channels, including social media, messaging platforms, and customer support interfaces. The Conversation Executive will respond to inquiries, moderate discussions, provide information, and escalate issues when needed, while maintaining a brand-appropriate tone and high level of professionalism.



The role also includes tracking common questions and feedback, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and suggesting improvements to conversation flows and engagement strategies. The Conversation Executive is expected to maintain accurate records of interactions, contribute to reports on community sentiment, and support initiatives that enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear written and spoken English, active listening, and the ability to tailor tone and style to different audiences.
Customer engagement capabilities, such as handling inquiries with empathy, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining professionalism in high-volume or sensitive conversations.
