Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle FCCS design and implementation workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Configure FCCS metadata, dimensions, business rules, calculations, consolidation processes, and reporting solutions.
Drive financial consolidation, close, and reporting transformation initiatives.
Support HFM to FCCS migration activities, including analysis, design, configuration, data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
Manage data integration using Oracle Data Management and EPM Automate.
Configure and support Account Reconciliation and financial reporting processes.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Plan and manage SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-production support activities.
Conduct user training and support business users during UAT and production adoption.
Coordinate with Finance, IT, and leadership stakeholders throughout project delivery.




Drive business process optimization through automation, standardization, and improved governance controls.
Deliver FCCS transformation programs for global organizations and ensure successful project execution.
Improve financial close cycle efficiency through automation and process standardization.
Enhance reporting accuracy, data quality, and governance controls.

Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) implementation.
Expertise in financial consolidation, financial close, and reporting transformation.
Experience with HFM to FCCS migration and related transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of FCCS metadata, dimensions, consolidation processes, business rules, and calculations.
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
Knowledge of Account Reconciliation and financial reporting solutions.
