Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur, supporting the executive leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. This role includes coordinating executive priorities, preparing briefings,



and ensuring effective follow-through on key decisions and projects. The Chief of Staff will facilitate cross-functional communication, streamline processes, and act as a central point of contact between leadership and various business units. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars and meetings, overseeing special projects, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications. The role also involves identifying risks and opportunities, supporting change management efforts, and contributing to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
