Job Summary
The Head of Global Sales will lead global business development and drive the
commercialization of innovative industrial automation and digitalization solutions.
Operating through a network of overseas sales managers, this high-level executive must
seamlessly balance strategic business leadership, executive customer engagement, and
forward-looking marketing strategies. The GSH will direct the global business
development team, ensuring absolute alignment with corporate objectives to maximize
the organization's growth, profitability, and competitiveness in the advanced automation
sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing and Sales Development
> Lead the global marketing and business development teams to engineer
cutting-edge, client-specific solutions for complex industrial challenges.
> Drive market penetration and revenue growth across core domains, including
industrial automation, IoT, AI, systems integration, and digital transformation.
2. Global Team Management and Leadership
> Oversee and mentor a high-performing international sales hierarchy, including




regional business development heads, sales managers, and solutions engineers.
 Foster an autonomous management culture, empowering regional leads to take
full accountability for local operations and target delivery.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
> Collaborate with technical and sales teams to deliver high-impact solution
presentations and interactive customer workshops.
> Articulate the company’s unique value proposition to C-suite stakeholders,
building long-term, high-value client partnerships globally. 4. Operational Excellence and Performance Tracking
> Establish, monitor, and enforce robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied
directly to sales targets, market expansion, and regional profitability.
> Identify and capitalize on high-growth opportunities within key industrial sectors,
ensuring consistent, scalable revenue generation.
