Mandatory skill sets:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in developing and managing agentic/autonomous AI systems.

Overall 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related roles.

Solid programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages used in AI development.

Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.

Familiarity with AI safety, ethics, and governance issues related to autonomous systems.

Proven capability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects end-to-end.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred skill sets:




Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines for AI lifecycle management.

Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or other relevant AI subfields applicable to autonomous agents.

Background in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or Internet of Things (IoT) projects.

Experience with simulation environments and synthetic data generation for agent training and testing.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Understanding of industry standards and compliance frameworks for AI and autonomous technologies.
