Role Description The Information Technology Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s IT services portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals,



and coordinating with technical teams to design solutions that meet client requirements. The role also involves managing key accounts, tracking sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and providing regular business development reports to leadership. Collaboration with delivery and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction is a core part of the role.
