Role Description The Fabrication Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bharuch district. This role oversees daily steel fabrication and repair activities, including planning work schedules, assigning tasks to fabrication and welding teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. The supervisor monitors quality control throughout the repair process, inspects finished work, and enforces compliance with relevant standards and safety procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating materials and equipment,



troubleshooting fabrication issues, maintaining documentation, and communicating with clients or project managers. The Fabrication Supervisor is expected to coach and train team members, support skill development, and foster a productive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications

Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, workload management, and performance monitoring.
Hands-on experience with welding and steel fabrication processes, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in quality control practices, including inspection, defect identification, and adherence to safety and industry standards.
Experience in production planning, job scheduling, and resource allocation for fabrication and repair projects.
