Role Description :
PD Merchandiser
The PD Merchandiser will act as the bridge between design, production, and sales, ensuring that collections are market-driven, cost-effective, and profitable. They will work closely with the factory in Surat, suppliers, and retail buyers to create and deliver high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry that meets pricing and margin expectations.
Product Merchandising & Development
● Conceptualize and develop gold and diamond jewellery collections based on trends and market insights.




● Ensure alignment of design aesthetics with cost and commercial viability.
● Drive timely launches and innovative assortments for seasonal and festive periods.

Buying & Vendor Management
● Source and negotiate with vendors, karigars, and suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
● Ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical sourcing practices.
● Maintain robust vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.

Inventory Planning & Sales Support
● Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and category performance.
● Optimize inventory across channels to maximize profitability.
● Implement stock rotation strategies to minimize dead stock.

Market Research & Trend Analysis
● Track competitor collections, pricing, and consumer demand trends.
● Recommend new product lines and design directions based on insights.
● Contribute to brand positioning strategi
