Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Trustee will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Managing Trustee’s daily activities. The role requires solid organizational skills, confidentiality, proactive coordination,



and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage the Managing Trustee’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation on behalf of the Managing Trustee.
Ready for travelling.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact between the Managing Trustee and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely flow of information.
Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and official communications.
Operational Support
Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of projects assigned by the Managing Trustee.
Maintain records, files, MIS reports, and confidential documents.
Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed with
