Role Description The Center Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Center Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning of schedules, facilities, and services,



while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include coordinating staff and resources, managing enrollments and inquiries, maintaining records and documentation, and supporting implementation of programs and policies. The role will also involve interacting with families, internal teams, and external stakeholders to address concerns, share updates, and support a high standard of service. The Center Coordinator will track key operational metrics, assist with basic administrative tasks, and collaborate with management on process improvements and compliance with organizational guidelines.
