Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sitapur, responsible for leading sales efforts and driving revenue growth for Solar Pro Energy. In this position, the Sales Manager oversees the local sales team, sets targets, monitors performance, and provides coaching to ensure effective execution of sales strategies. Daily work includes identifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing customers, presenting solar solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves collaborating with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate system design, timely installation, and a positive customer experience. The Sales Manager is expected to maintain detailed sales reports, analyze market trends, and contribute to strategic planning to expand Solar Pro Energy’s presence in the region.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries.
Robust skills in customer relationship building, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set clear goals, provide feedback, and manage performance.
Comfort with basic sales reporting, forecasting, and use of CRM tools or similar software.
