Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process,



including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing eligibility criteria, and coordinating internal inputs to prepare competitive bids. The role involves drafting and refining technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with company capabilities in aviation, automotive, simulation, and unmanned systems. The Tendering Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, procurement, finance, and technical teams to gather accurate data, ensure compliance with tender requirements, and submit documentation within deadlines. Daily activities include analyzing tender specifications, maintaining tender trackers and documentation, engaging with clients or authorities for clarifications, and supporting post-tender negotiations and follow-up.
