Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic leader who can build culturally relevant, revenue-aligned
brand ecosystems — not just campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of Content Marketing, IP Development, Influencer Strategy,
and Business Growth. The mandate is to architect scalable content platforms that drive
brand equity, consideration,



and conversion.

What You Will Own
1. Campaign & Platform Architecture
Build long-term campaign platforms instead of one-off executions
Design phased content funnels (pre-buzz, launch, sustain, conversion)
Translate business objectives into scalable storytelling frameworks
Integrate influencer ecosystems into a full-funnel brand strategy
2. Influencer & Creator Ecosystem Strategy
Structure tiered influencer frameworks (hero–hub–hygiene models)
Drive surround campaigns
Build creator-first but brand-owned IPs
3. Content Marketing & Cultural IP Development
Develop culturally rooted brand narratives that are long-term, scalable
Identify white spaces for brand-owned IP properties
Shape social-native storytelling systems that feel organic but strategic
Align creative direction with category positioning and consumer psychology
Produce Micro-drama series with YT first approach
