Role Description The Project Coordinator Internal Fitouts – PMC Finishes is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves coordinating internal fitout and finishes activities, supporting project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress for interior works. Responsibilities include monitoring site execution,



ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms, and liaising with contractors, vendors, and client representatives. The coordinator will assist in quantity take-offs, review drawings and specifications related to finishes, and help prepare status reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders. The role also includes identifying risks or delays in fitout activities, supporting resolution of site issues, and contributing to timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements.

Qualifications
Strong project coordination skills in internal fitouts and finishes, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and supporting PMC activities.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, finish schedules, and technical specifications for interior works.
Knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and basic value engineering principles
