Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology

Experience : 6-8 Years

Role & responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions, levels,



and hiring categories.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
Draft, refine, and publish job descriptions aligned to business needs and market realities.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and role fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring timely communication and a seamless process.
Drive interview follow-ups, collect panel feedback, and keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress.
