Role Description The Video Editor will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru campus, collaborating closely with faculty and the content team to produce educational video materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing lecture recordings, creating promotional videos, assembling and refining footage, adding transitions, graphics, and audio elements, and ensuring consistent branding. The role also involves basic color correction and grading, integrating motion graphics and titles,



and preparing videos for multiple platforms, including the academy’s website and social media channels. The Video Editor will maintain organized media libraries, follow content guidelines and timelines, and support live or recorded sessions by coordinating with the production team.

Qualifications
Strong skills in video production and video editing, with the ability to manage end-to-end video workflows.
Proficiency in video color grading and basic color correction to maintain visual consistency and quality.
Experience creating motion graphics and working with graphics for educational and promotional content.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalent).
Good understanding of audio editing, sound syncing, and export formats for web and social media platforms.
