This role is a replacement within the Service Competence team, essential for maintaining business continuity in our project execution and service operations. The position is critical to mitigate risks of delayed issue resolution and stalled project implementations by providing dedicated expertise for the SAP Field Service Management (FSM) platform. To address these business needs, the role is structured around three core areas: solution architecture for new implementations, operational support for existing systems, and process optimization leveraging DevOps principles. This focus ensures the role both delivers on project backlogs and maintains the stability and performance of current FSM services. Given the focus on SAP FSM, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in designing and configuring SAP service modules. This includes robust analytical and troubleshooting skills, combined with a practical understanding of how to apply DevOps methodologies to the SAP application lifecycle.

What You Need To Make a Difference





50% SAP FSM Solution Design & Implementation
Analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the Project Execution and Service domains to design robust and scalable SAP FSM solutions.
Configure and customize the SAP FSM module to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with overall platform strategy.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs, configurations, and implementation processes.
Support S/4HANA projects in implementing end to end field service processes
30% Operational Support & Troubleshooting
Act as the subject matter expert for resolving complex technical and functional issues within the SAP FSM environment to ensure operational stability.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement permanent fixes to improve system reliability.
Provide advanced support for backlog execution, addressing system-related impediments for implementation project
