Role Description The Physiotherapist Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Faridabad / Delhi, responsible for overseeing home-based physiotherapy services and ensuring high standards of patient care. This role includes supervising a team of physiotherapists, reviewing treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety guidelines. The Physiotherapist Supervisor will coordinate patient schedules,



conduct periodic home visits, monitor treatment progress, and provide guidance on complex cases. The role also involves collaborating with doctors, nurses, and caretakers, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting training and performance reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of physiotherapy services.
Qualifications
Strong clinical physiotherapy skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques.
Experience in team supervision or leadership, with the ability to mentor and guide physiotherapists in home-care settings.
Knowledge of home healthcare protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical clinical practices.
