The Lead - Proj Mgt Specialist SIOP is a hands-on position responsible for
implementing HTCS Labor SIOP process, consistent delivery on defined KPIs,
builds a strong delivery framework for business leadership and stakeholders,
provides subject matter expertise, drives exceptional stakeholder management,
builds an effective liaison between SIOP Team, Operations, Business, and Talent
for effective implementation of the HTCS Labor SIOP construct.

This role requires demonstration of a robust ability to seamlessly integrate
business and functions to enable execution excellence and planning fidelity.
He/She will work closely with the HTCS Sr. Director to drive SIOP & Workforce
planning process for HTCS Global locations

This role involves evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating
procedures for the HTCS Global SIOP Process. Perform analytics around demand,




whether in line with the MRR actions (for example differentiated skills), STRAP
initiatives, AOP flow. Establish supply plans from all sources (Staffing,
outsourced partners, ISC and Operations). This role requires a good
understanding of planning, staffing, financial, and analytics functions.
