Hiring | Unit SCM Head – Supply Chain Management (Hospital)

Location: MGM Healthcare, Aminjikarai, Chennai

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Unit SCM Head – Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a leading multi-specialty hospital with 250+ beds.

Who Should Apply?
*B.Pharm / M.Pharm professionals (Diploma in Purchase & Material Management preferred)
*8–18 years of experience in Hospital Supply Chain, Procurement, Stores, Inventory, or Pharmacy Operations
*Robust exposure to NABH/JCI-compliant healthcare environments
*Expertise in procurement, inventory optimization, vendor management, and hospital materials management

Key Responsibilities
* Procurement and replenishment of drugs, surgical consumables, medical disposables, and general consumables
* Inventory management across Pharmacy, OT, ICU, Emergency, OP, and IP departments
* Vendor evaluation, contract management,



and cost optimization initiatives
* Stock audits, expiry control, inventory reconciliation, and MIS reporting
* Ensuring uninterrupted supply of critical medical items across the hospital
* Leading SCM, Purchase, and Stores teams while driving operational excellence

Preferred Experience
* Multi-specialty hospital supply chain operations
* ERP/HIS inventory systems
* Pharmacy and OT coordination
* Purchase planning and inventory control
* Doctor coordination and PTC coordination
* NABH & JCI standards compliance
