About the Role
We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist who can manage and support day-to-day HR activities while contributing to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace culture.

What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
Assist in attendance, leave,



and other HR operations.
Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
Address employee queries and coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Help develop and implement HR policies, processes, and workplace initiatives.
Work closely with the management team on HR projects and organizational development.

Who Can Apply?
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, BBA, B.Com, MBA/PGDM in HR, or a related field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Proactive attitude with a people-first approach
