? Urgent Hiring | Creative Head

We’re looking for a Creative Head who can lead our creative vision and turn ideas into engaging, impactful video content.

If you have a strong eye for storytelling, video concepts, trends, and creative direction, this opportunity could be for you.

? Location: Coimbatore
? Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, campaigns, and branded content
Write scripts, hooks, dialogues, voiceovers, and storyboards
Plan and coordinate video shoots with the production team
Guide presenters, talent, and influencers during shoots
Research trending content formats, topics, sounds, and styles
Lead brand storytelling and maintain the brand’s creative identity
Collaborate with videographers, editors, designers, and marketing teams
Plan video content according to campaigns and content calendars
Create platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook,



and other platforms
Track content performance and use insights to improve future content

What We’re Looking For:
? Strong creative thinking & storytelling skills
? Experience in video content & production
✍️ Strong scripting & concept development skills
? Understanding of social media trends & content performance
? Ability to lead and collaborate with creative teams
? Passion for creating engaging and creative content
