Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Marthandam Marikar Honda, responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the performance of the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, developing and executing sales plans, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly goals. The role involves coaching and mentoring sales staff, conducting regular team meetings, and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance.



The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. This position also requires identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, preparing sales reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
