Role Description :

Drive on-ground promotional execution, doctor engagement, and input deployment across assigned territories.
Experience Required: 2–4 years of field sales experience (Medical Representative / Area Executive) in pharma.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute promotional activities including CMEs, Round Table Meetings (RTM), and brand reminder distribution.
* Deliver uniform scientific detailing covering Indications, Composition, Clinical Trials, and USPs.
* Roll out inputs for physicians, clinics, patients, and pharmacies.
* Gather competitor activity and doctor feedback directly from field interactions.
* Key Metrics (KPIs): On-time activity execution, coverage of target doctors, and input deployment compliance.
