About the Role
Anaadi Green Private Limited is looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, expenses, documentation, GST compliance, and inventory records for our operations near Dewas.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable independently managing financial records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records
Track and record all business expenses, purchases, payments, and receipts
Maintain proper documentation and supporting bills/invoices
Prepare and maintain records required for GST filing and compliance
Coordinate with our CA/accounting team and provide the required information for GST and other statutory filings
Verify GST invoices, bills, purchase documents, and vendor details
Maintain inventory records and reconcile physical inventory with accounting records
Track vendor payments, outstanding amounts, and receivables




Maintain purchase and sales records
Prepare basic expense and financial reports when required
Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized and easily accessible
Identify discrepancies in bills, expenses, inventory, or accounts and get them resolved
Assist management with other accounting and documentation-related requirements
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in accounting
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and GST
Experience with GST-related documentation and filings
Comfortable working with Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to independently follow up with vendors and the CA/accounting team
Good documentation and organizational skills
Candidates from Dewas or nearby areas preferred
