Role Description The Desktop Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thoothukudi, responsible for providing technical support for end-user computing environments. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripherals, and printers, as well as diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. The role involves responding to support requests, performing routine troubleshooting, and documenting solutions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
