Role Description The Senior Interior Designer (Commercial Interiors) will lead end-to-end design for commercial projects, including offices, retail stores, and hospitality spaces, in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing space plans, creating design concepts,



preparing detailed construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project goals and brand standards. The role involves coordinating closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is maintained through execution. The Senior Interior Designer will review drawings, conduct site visits, manage design revisions, and support standardized workflows for efficient project delivery. This position also contributes to design guidelines, material libraries, and best practices to support scalable solutions across multiple locations.
Qualifications

Ability to develop effective commercial Space Planning solutions that optimize functionality, flow, and user experience.
Strong foundation in Architecture and Interior Design, including understanding of building systems, codes, and design standards.
Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawi
