Role Description The Performance Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through data-driven marketing initiatives. This role oversees paid performance channels such as search, social, display, and marketplaces,



including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. The Performance Marketing Lead will analyze funnel metrics, manage budgets and bids, conduct A/B tests, and refine audience segmentation to improve ROI and customer lifetime value. They will collaborate with brand, creative, product, and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing creatives, landing pages, and conversion journeys aligned with Pujashree’s mission and values. The role also includes monitoring market trends, evaluating new platforms or tools, and building a robust performance marketing framework that supports sustainable growth.
