Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time,



in office role based in Hyderabad or Hajipur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels to strengthen Akshika Group’s brand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth in BFSI, ESG, and risk-tech segments. Day-to-day activities include managing social media presence, coordinating content and campaigns with advisory and product teams, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital touchpoints. The Digital Marketing Manager will monitor web analytics and campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to marketing strategies. The role also involves collaborating with sales and leadership teams to align digital efforts with go-to-market plans, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
