Role Description The Catering Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for generating and managing catering business for corporate and social events. This role involves prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue targets.



The Catering Sales Manager coordinates closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into event plans, menus, and service timelines. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and site visits, maintaining an updated pipeline in sales tools or CRM systems, and following up to secure repeat business and referrals. The role also requires monitoring market trends, participating in promotional activities, and representing the brand professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event sales, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the capacity to adapt messaging to diverse client needs.
Understanding of catering operations, menu planning, and event logistics, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
