About The Role

The Finance Associate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day finance and operations processes across the business. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn how finance, operations, inventory, and business processes come together in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires robust coordination skills, ownership, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Reconciliation & Financial Accuracy
Reconcile daily sales transactions against corresponding payments.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data.
Maintain accuracy across financial documentation and records.
Data Management & Validation
Collect, organize, and maintain business-critical data.
Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Support reporting and analysis through effective data management.




Identify inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues.
Inventory & Operational Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Support inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting.
Assist in maintaining operational accuracy across systems and processes.
Work closely with various functions to improve data visibility and control.
Operations & Process Management
Support Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice creation processes.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure smooth execution of finance-related operational activities.
Maintain proper documentation and process compliance.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
Support implementation of tools and systems that improve productivity.
Assist in automating repetitive tasks and workflows.
Contribute ideas that enhance operational effectiveness and accuracy.
