Role Description The Executive HR role at Etherealflights Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.



This role includes managing day-to-day HR operations, such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, handling attendance and payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The Executive HR will support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving workplace concerns, coordinating performance reviews, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves assisting in talent acquisition activities, including coordinating interviews, supporting hiring decisions, and managing offer and joining processes. Additionally, the Executive HR will help develop and implement HR policies, organize training and development programs, and collaborate with leadership to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
