We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Delivery Manager to support project delivery, coordinate with internal teams, track project progress, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and according to client requirements.
The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with development, QA, design, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks and deadlines.
Identify delivery risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate them to senior management when required.
Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to management and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure client requirements are properly understood and communicated to the respective teams.
Assist in preparing project status reports, MIS reports, and daily/weekly delivery updates.




Conduct or participate in regular project meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.
Monitor the quality and timely completion of deliverables.
Maintain proper project documentation and records.
Support the Senior Delivery Manager/Project Manager in planning and executing projects.
Coordinate multiple projects or tasks simultaneously when required.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, operations, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Basic understanding of software development/project life cycles is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp,
