Role Description This is a full time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing functional independence. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical evaluations, maintaining accurate treatment records, and tracking patient progress.



The Physiotherapist will work closely with physicians, wellness coaches, and other care team members to align physiotherapy interventions with preventive health goals. The role also involves educating patients on exercises, posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications, and contributing to the development of integrated preventive care programs.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy, with the ability to design individualized treatment plans.
Proficiency in patient assessment techniques, including range-of-motion testing, strength assessment, and functional mobility evaluation.
Experience with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy modalities, and rehabilitation protocols.
Ability to educate and counsel patients on preventive care, home exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention.
