Role Description The Head of Human Resources at BRÜK will lead the HR function and serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning people practices with business goals. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes overseeing HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development, while driving initiatives that support engagement, culture, and retention.



The Head of Human Resources will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including strategic HR planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to apply these regulations in policy and practice.
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support organizational objectives.
Skilled in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle conflict resolution, coaching, and communication with transparency and fairness.
Experience leading HR teams, managing change, and driving culture-building initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
