About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to support our Software Licensing, VAR, and Technology Sales business. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, quotation management, partner coordination, and sales pipeline management through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, research, and outbound calls.
Engage prospects, understand requirements, and schedule sales meetings.
Prepare and track quotations for software licensing, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT services.
Coordinate with vendors, distributors,



and partners for pricing and product information.
Maintain opportunities, quotations, customer records, and follow-ups in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Support proposals, bids, order processing, and pipeline reporting.
Build customer and partner relationships and meet assigned sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B technology sales.
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, quotations, and pipeline management.
CRM experience; Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
Strong English communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Experience
Software licensing, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT services sales.
VAR or technology distribution business models.
Vendor, distributor, government, or enterprise procurement coordination.
