Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Learning & Development will drive capability-building initiatives across Technology Learning, AI Learning, Leadership Development, Behavioral Learning, and Digital Learning. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions, leveraging up-to-date learning technologies, and creating engaging learning experiences that support organizational capability development.

Scope: The Assistant Manager role will focus on Technology Learning, AI Learning, Leadership Development, Digital Learning, Learning Technologies, Learning Analytics, and Employer Branding initiatives.

Primary Job Functions:
Design & Manage Programs → Technology, behavioral, professional, and leadership development.
Learning Needs Analysis → Capability‑building aligned to business priorities.
Facilitate Development → Supervisors, team leads, mid‑level managers.
Digital Learning Solutions → eLearning, microlearning, assessments, blended learning.
Content Creation Tools → Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, digital learning assets.
Platform Management → LMS/LXP,

Learning Analytics → Assessments, surveys, dashboards, effectiveness reports.
