Role Description The Cluster Lead – Client Solutions (Sales) is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales growth and client satisfaction across a defined cluster of accounts. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored client solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure.



Day-to-day activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing proposals and presentations, collaborating with finance and operations teams to design commercially sound solutions, and monitoring performance against sales targets. The Cluster Lead builds strong, long-term client relationships, ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, and uses CRM tools to maintain accurate records and sales pipelines. The role also involves market analysis, reporting on cluster performance, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance service quality and revenue growth.
Qualifications

Strong customer-focused mindset with demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proven Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
