Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work-from-home.



This role involves assisting in the creation of visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, and internal communication pieces. The Junior Graphic Designer will support brand consistency by applying established brand guidelines, working on logo adaptations, and refining typography across various projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and operations teams to translate complex clinical and supply chain concepts into clear, engaging visuals, preparing files for production, and iterating on designs based on feedback. The role also includes maintaining organized design files, staying current with design trends, and contributing creative ideas to support campaigns and client-facing materials.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design, including experience creating visual layouts and assets for digital and print.
Ability to work with Graphics and Logo Design to develop and refine
