DigiXpressions is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Client Servicing to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements, business goals, and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Website Development, and Influencer Marketing to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare campaign briefs and communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders.
Schedule and lead client meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
Share campaign reports,



performance updates, and strategic recommendations with clients.
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital marketing services.
Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams regarding proposals, contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, project status, and documentation in CRM or project management tools.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Branding, and Inf
