Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular MIS/reporting dashboards
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and overall performance metrics
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives
Track conversions and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates,



and digital marketing strategies
Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient campaign spending

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Knowledge of campaign structures, targeting, and optimization
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Agency experience preferred
Experience handling domestic brands is an advantage
Freshers with certification or internship experience in performance marketing can also apply
