Outbound Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) – Australian FinTech & Technology Campaign Remote | Pakistan Full-Time | Permanent AEST Shift or 4am -12pm Pakistan time) Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

Marketing Transformers Marketing Transformers is a fast-growing AI automation and revenue growth company serving businesses across Australia and New Zealand. With over 600 active monthly clients and a team of 87+ professionals, we help businesses generate more leads, improve sales performance, and automate key business processes using AI. We are currently expanding our outbound sales team and are looking for experienced appointment setters who are confident on the phone and thrive in high-performance sales environments.

What You'll Do This is a dedicated cold-calling role. You will speak directly with business owners, mortgage brokers, real estate directors, and other decision-makers across Australia to identify opportunities and schedule qualified appointments for our senior consultants.

Responsibilities:
Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using our automated dialer.




Engage decision-makers and business owners.
Qualify prospects using our proven framework.
Handle objections confidently and professionally.
Book qualified appointments into consultant calendars.
Maintain accurate CRM notes and records.
Consistently hit daily and weekly activity targets.

Performance Targets :
6 qualified appointments booked per day.
Consistent outbound activity.
Strong CRM discipline and call quality standards.

Requirements Essential :
1–2+ years of outbound cold-calling experience.
Experience in at least one of the following:
B2B Sales
Lead Generation
Insurance
Telecom
Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)
High-Ticket Appointment Setting
Excellent spoken English.
Strong objection-handling skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Home Office Requirements:
High-speed internet connection (Fiber preferred).
Quiet workspace.
Reliable power backup / UPS and back
