Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control measures.
- Supervise and train store staff, fostering a productive and positive work workplace.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the store.




- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain and logistics.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Store In-charge or similar role specifically within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for this role.
